Gentle roundness

Modern designs demand gentle touches to make the design cleaner. Historically that was often found in the corners of elements instead of creating sharp corners by controlling the softness of the corners we help create designs that are cleaner and more modern. Up until CSS3 this was done using images and it bloated up the site with extra images and scripts. In CSS3 we have a new property called border-raduis that enables us to do exactly that with ease.

Keynotes:

  • The border-radius property.
    • Browsers ignore what they don't understand.
      • Better designs while improving layout for older browsers.
