What programs to use and what will the output be?

Let's talk about software. All the software that you will need is an Adobe Software. You are not going to be working in a %u201CAIR editor%u201D there is no such thing. The Adobe Air SDK is appended into a running application. There are a few software options:

In the first group of tools the %u201Cflash%u201D group you can build out AS3 applications and convert them into all options of available outputs while the DreamWeaver works only on HTML/JS apps and currently is limited to Desktop applications.
