Creating a timeline scrubber

In the first chapter, we created an animation scrubber. We saw how complicated it is to take into consideration the various aspects of each animation. By moving our animations into TimelineLite, we removed the need to manage these relationships. In this lecture we will update the scrubber code to work with TimelineLite.
